We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2023, at the age of 63, Danny Walter Pankey of Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Daniel Pankey, Jr. and Elsbeth Piwonski Pankey; and his sister Barbara Poston. He is survived by: his husband Vernon Labore; his siblings, Jenny Lovin (Mike) and Paul Pankey, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Salazar, Cody Giddens, Walter Pankey, Victor Pankey, Nicole Brizendine, Ariel Froman, Alana Brizendine, Ava Brizendine, Monica Robinson, Alix St and Baily Robinson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Danny's memory to the Richmond County Humane Society or to Richmond County Hospice.
