It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Michael O'Neal Sr. of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William David Oâ (Neal Sr.); and his brother Mark Douglas Oâ. He is survived by: his mother Letha Greene Oâ (Neal); his wife Debi Moore Oâ; his children, Charlie Michael Oâ (Neal Jr.), Matthew Thomas Oâ, Neal (Lisa), Gavin Conner Oâ (Neal) and Carlie Oâ (Neal); his stepchildren, Heather McLaughlin (Neil) and Krystie Lynn Grooms; his stepgrandchildren, Rain Locklear, Chayton Locklear and Brandon Rankin (Breanna); his grandchildren, Conner Miles, Piper Thomas, Nora Parker and Matthew Ryder; his great grandchildren, Oliver Rankin and Brianna Locklear; his brothers, David Oâ, Neal Jr. (Chris), Don Oâ, Jack Oâ and Neal (Kim); his sister-in-law Debbie Oâ (Neal); and his pet Douglas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beverly Hills Baptist Church (110 Kemberly St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at the same location.
