He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Thomas Wilkerson and Berta Sue Lovelace Wilkerson; his daughter Joan Wilkerson; his stepson Donald Wray; and his siblings, Louise Bray, Thomas Wilkerson, Roy Wilkerson, Ray Wilkerson, Clarence Wilkerson, Marvin Wilkerson and Darrel Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Stilson Wilkerson; his daughter Janet Dillard (Kenny); his stepchildren, Debbie Tuttle (Ron), Paula Hines (Rick), Linda Wray (Merlin) and Larry Wray (Elodie); his grandchild Tahnee'Gammon (Shane); his great grandchild Kaitlin Wills (Marcus); and his sister Shirley Myers. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren, eight step great-grandchildren.
