She is survived by: her husband James Leroy Lyerly; her children, Jeanine Lyerly Hanson (Shawn) of Rockingham, Leigh Lyerly Hoffman (Duane) of Cordova and James LeVaughn "Biggie" Lyerly (Kim) of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Zack Hinson, Wade Hoffman, Ryelan Lyerly, Emmaleigh Hoffman, Kinsie Lyerly and Hunter Lyerly; and her brother Bill Vaughn (Jeannene).
