She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Mae and L. Wiggins; her husband John J. Cornelius, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Autumn Leigh Eason and Jonathan Lewis Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Cornelius (Susan) of Rockingham, Susie Stiwinter (Darrell) of Rock Hill and Dean Cornelius of Akron, OH; her siblings, Judy Wiggins Ward (Terry) of Rockingham, Sandra Kay Lawing of Kannapolis and Robert "Buck" Wiggins (Janet) of Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Aimee Eason (Michael) of Rockingham, Joseph Cornelius (Erica) of Conway, SC, Candace Tucker (Chris) of Rock Hill, SC, Michelle Huey (Mike) of Blackstock, SC, Nathan Fickling (Erica) of Rock Hill, SC, Chris Cornelius (Heather) of Akron, Ohio., Charles Cornelius of Akron, Ohio. and Zackary Cornelius of Akron, Ohio..
