He is survived by: his wife Linda Haislip; his sons, Mike Haislip of Stokes, NC and Jason Haislip (Lesley) of Greenville, NC; his grandchildren, Kamdyn Haislip, Mallory Haislip and Brandon Duff; his great grandchild Adelaide Duff; and his sister Sandra Phelps.
