He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Marie and Lamon Bullock; and his sister Linda Bullock. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Janell; his son-in-law Daniel Fitch of Dudley; his grandson Slade Bullock of Greensboro; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Linda Bullock of Bear Grass; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Paulette Bullock; his sisters, Betty Bullock of Williamston and Terri Dortmundt; and his siblings-in-law, Deb, Danny Howard and Julie (Frank White). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
