He is survived by: his wife Barbara H. Andrews of Robersonville, NC; his children, Charles A. Moore of Williamston, NC, Patrice Best of Farmville, NC and Shena E. Brown of Williamston, NC; and his siblings, Donald Ray Keel of Robersonville, NC, Hazel Louise Keel Everett of Robersonville, NC and Ida Matthewson of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
