He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Miller Sr. and Doris Ann Hoffman Miller; his son William F. Miller, III; and his siblings, Michael Miller and Joyce Whaley.
He is survived by: his daughter Misty Miller of Bryson City, NC; and his sister Linda Fleming of Kodak, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
