He is survived by: his wife Frankie Farr Bailey; his children, Kim Newman (Kurtis) of Almond, NC and Bill Bailey (Melinda) of Robbinsville, NC; his sister-in-law Mary Jo Reader; his grandchildren, Josh (John Bailey), Karla Currie, Katie Gomez and Kyle (Chris Norcross); his great grandchildren, Kiley, Lyla, Tucker, Faith, Lilly, Lela and Wesley Roy; his siblings, Ronald Bailey, Venice Lemmons, Pearl Williams, Grace Rice, Olean Crisp, Charlene Jenkins and Nellie Odom; and his close friend Kelly Brock Johnson.
