He is survived by: his mother Willa Mae Allen Carver; his wife Debra Poling Carver; his daughters, Julie Lynn Oliver (Michael) of Robbinsville, NC and Jaymee Carver (Dalton Cannington) of Bryson City, NC; his siblings, Frances Carver Smith (Jonathan) of Robbinsville, NC and Gary Carver (Dana) of Robbinsville, NC.; and his grandchildren, Skyler, Kamree and Channing Oliver.
Due to the risk of exposure to COVID 19 and NC Executive Order 147, face coverings are required in public areas for everyone over age 11.
