He is survived by: his mother Lois Chekelelee of Robbinsville, NC.; his children, Makayla Driver of Cherokee, NC., Savannah Driver of Cherokee, NC., Michael Driver Jr. of Cherokee, NC., Step of Cherokee, NC., Jezi Driver of Cherokee, NC., Charlie Driver of Cherokee, NC., Azora Driver of Cherokee, NC., Louisa of Cherokee, NC. and Native Walkingstick of Cherokee, NC.; his siblings, Ted Wachacha of Robbinsville and Kathleen Driver of Sylva, NC.; his nieces, Crystal, Dorian Lopez and Jaci Wachacha; his nephew Timothy Daza; his aunts, Alice Driver of Cherokee, NC, Carolyne Tooni of Cherokee, NC, Lucille Blackfox of Cherokee, NC, Londa Chekelelee Rivera (Jason Rivera) of Robbinsville and Geraldine Chekelelee of Elizabethton; his close friends, Brian Jumper, Jr., Sawyer, Wayne Sawyer, Brian Teesateski, Dylan Stewart, Ryan Stewart and Timothy Daza; and his friends, Chubb Chekelelee, Adrian Chekelelee, Gabe Chekelelee, Mitch Ayers, Hunter Welch, Josh Jumper, Mose Reed, Emory Littlejohn, Jessica Bedoya, Robert Jordan, Steven Rogers, Travis Orr, Randy Price, Boomer Wachacha, Brian Hardin, Lee Mayberry and Casey Freeman.
