He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oliver and Margaret Hooper Oliver; and his father-in-law Richard Carver. He is survived by: his wife Julie Carver Oliver; his children, Skyler Oliver, Kamree Oliver and Channing Oliver; his sister Tara; his brother-in-law Shane Atwell of Robbinsville, NC; his brother Ryan; his sister-in-law Brittany Oliver of Knoxville, TN; his mother-in-law Debra Carver of Robbinsville, NC; his sister-in-law Jaymee Carver (Dalton Cannington) of Robbinsville, NC.; and his nieces and nephews, Reid, Rylee, Ella Atwell, Ryland Voan, Sully, Ava, Shylah and Noah Oliver.
Due to the risk of exposure to COVID 19, facial coverings and social distancing are required for those attending the service.
