She is survived by: her husband Bill Skiles; her children, William Artrip (Marlene), Lisa Jaco (Pat) of Robbinsville, NC and Emily Skiles of Robbinsville, NC; and her brother Ray Hartsock (Sherrie) of Texas. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and over 115 foster children.
