He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wade and Florence Effie Icenhower Crisp; and his son Wade Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Lynn Crisp; his children, Mark (Vicie Crisp), Alvin Crisp of Robbinsville, NC, Maria Stewart of Pickens, SC and Becky (Scott Hooper); and his siblings, Claude Crisp of Maryville, TN, Ollie Radford of Cleveland, TN and Irene Overholt of Maryville, TN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Due to the risk of exposure to COVID-19 face coverings and social distancing are required for those attending the service.
