He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly Dillard and Emma Peak Dillard; his wife Carolyn Loudermilk Dillard; and his siblings, Alfred Dillard, Ella Lail, Ellen Cook, Elsie Jumper, Helen Stiles, Josie Trulove and Jessie Mae Brackett.
He is survived by: his sister Elva; and his brother-in-law Dave Jenkins of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
