She was predeceased by: her father Edmond; her husband Virges Carpenter; her sons, Randy Carpenter and Danny Carpenter; her son-in-law Bruce Brooks; her granddaughter Kimberly Campbell; and her sisters, Taylor of Arizona, Violet Morgan and Chloe Freeman.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Brooks. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
