She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Jenkins and Lillian Higdon Jenkins; her husband Ted Hedrick; her son-in-law Ronnie Jaynes; and her siblings, Lonnie Jenkins and Bonnie Lou Nesbitt.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Hedrick (Wanda) of Lakeland, FL, Cindy Standridge, Edith Jaynes of Canton, GA and Denise Burke (Grant) of Robbinsville, NC; her grandchildren, Rachel Roberts, Tommy Roberts, Brooke Ford, Shellie Vaughn, Erika Stull, Jake Hedrick, Lance Burke and Lacey Andrews; her siblings, Clarence Jenkins, Aaron Jenkins, David Jenkins and Dollie Bennison; and her sisters-in-law, Roma Atwell, Marva Dean Hedrick and Sue Hedrick. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Townson-Smith Chapel (160 5 Point Rd, Robbinsville, NC 28771). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
