He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Holder and Esther Aldridge Holder; and his siblings, Norris Holder, Mack Holder and Venice Burchfield.
He is survived by: his sons, David Holder (Amy) and Jeremy Holder; his sisters, Kathleen Carringer (Tony), Diane Guddendorff (Merle) and Nettie Jo Bridges (Richard); his grandsons, Jonathan Holder (Kyndal), Garrett Holder (Macie) and Aidan Holder; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Lincoln.
