She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carson and Virginia McSherry Carson; her son Leroy Martin; and her brother William Carson. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Savage; her children, Robert Martin of Hope, RI, Glenn McPherson of Stecoah, NC, Bonnie Dunn of Almond, NC and Tracey Berchem of West Greenwich, RI; and her brothers, Robert Carson of Gainesville, GA. and Walter Carson of Gainesville, GA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
