It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Yeargin of Robbinsville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Donald farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Donald is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Yeargin and Jessie Millsaps Keener; and his uncles, Keith Millsaps, Billy Jack Millsaps and Junior Millsaps.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Millsaps Yeargin; his brother Joe Yeargin (Donna) of Robbinsville, NC; his uncle Bobby Millsaps (Dolly) of Robbinsville, NC; his aunts, Georgia Hunter of Robbinsville, NC, Betty Burnette (Mike) of Mars Hill, NC and Clota Millsaps of Robbinsville, NC; his sister-in-law Ann Higdon; his niece Sarah Satterfield; and his cousin Lisa Payne.
