He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Phillips and Sheila Pilkington Phillips; his siblings, Nicholas Phillips (Tiffany) of Robbinsville, NC and Natashia Phillips McFadden (Joey) of Sylva, NC; his niece Allie Phillips; and his nephews, Hadley Jenkins and Gus Phillips.
