It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlene Millsaps of Robbinsville, North Carolina, born in Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Steve Millsaps and Joan Moore Millsaps; and her siblings, Sandy (Dennis Stewart), Jessica (John Anderson), Jennifer (Benji Roberts), Jimmy (Ashley Millsaps) and Jeffery (Destiny Millsaps). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
