He was predeceased by: his father Dillard Collins; and his brother Bill Collins. He is survived by: his mother Betty Griggs Collins; his wife Amy Phillips Collins; his son Lance; his daughter-in-law Emily Collins of Robbinsville, NC; and his grandchild Nash Collins.
