He was predeceased by: his parents, B. D. Johnson and Ruth Johnson; his wives, Frances and Barbara; the mother of his children June Driver; his son Kenneth; and his siblings, Paul, Evon, Loyd Johnson and Elizabeth Patrick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia J. Johnson and Sarah Johnson Sims; his grandchildren, Jeremy Sims, Daniel Johnson (April) and Amber Johnson; and his brother Harold Johnson (Mary Ann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many friends, and his constant companion dog, Buddy.
