He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Cagle, Sr. and Anita Thompson Cagle Luther; his wife Lois Jenkins Cagle; his brothers, Jack and Roy Cagle; his parents-in-law, Valarie Gribble Jenkins and Loyd Allen Jenkins; his siblings-in-law, Jerrie, Dale Laughter, Patricia, Leonard Colvin, Larry Adams, Bob Phelps and Kim Jenkins; his niece Debbie Phelps Riley; and his nephews, James Todd Colvin and Bryan Cagle.
He is survived by: his son Bobby D. Cagle of Los Angeles, CA; his sister Janice Phelps of Enfield, CT; and his sisters-in-law, Nelly Darty of Hickory, NC, Lee Ellen Adams of Robbinsville and Rhonda Jean Cagle of Taylorsville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
