He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Shamberger and Ruth Brower Shamberger. He is survived by: his sons, Vergil John Charlie Shamberger (Shamberger) and Lawrence Brandon Shamberger; his wife Joyce W. Shamberger; and his siblings, Deborah Barrett (Willis) of Robbins, NC, Thurman Shamberger (late Ann) of Robbins, Gerald Shamberger (Mildred) of Oakwood Village, OH and Michael Shamberger (Cynthia) of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
