Velma Ritter Moore Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Ritter Moore of Robbins, North Carolina, who passed away on August 3, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Ritter and Alta Reeder Ritter; her husband James Roger Moore; her daughter Velma Dianne Moore; her brother Arnold Ritter; and her daughter-in-law Michelle Maness Moore.

She is survived by: her friend Asheboro Walmart; her children, Debbie Allen (Dennie) of Star, Tony Moore (Sandy) of Robbins, Wendy Ritter (Billy) of Robbins, Denise Greene (Darris) of Seagrove and Jodie Moore (Maria) of Robbins; her sister Maybelle Williams (Bill) of Robbins; her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Ritter of Robbins, Judy Moore of Robbins and Wayne Moore; her grandchildren, Daniel Moore (Olivia), Seth Burdette (Jessica), Kaitlyn Parrish (Matt), Karla Pittman (Loyd), Stephanie Jones (AJ), Taylor Moore, Kendall Purvis (Brandon), Alex Moore, Kayden Moore, Cruz Moore, Andrew Moore, Ezekiel Moore and Evelyn Moore; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Emmeline, Judah, Mason, Addison, Noah, Little Loyd, Abigail, Copeland, Riley and Gatlin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
