She was predeceased by: her parents, Dossie Comer and Ruth Davis Comer; her husband Robert Purvis; and her son Johnnie Purvis. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Woodell (Tommy) and Jeff Purvis (Bonnie); and her sister Doris Lewis. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church (1535 N Moore Rd, Robbins, NC 27325).
