She was predeceased by: her husband James Archie Maness; her parents, George Lawson and Frances Long Lawson; her siblings, Sonny Lawson, Claire Fluder and Cassie Weikert; and her grandchildren, Susie Sherrell and Liam Gribben.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Vaughn of Shawnee, Tammy Welch (Russell) of Seagrove, Terri Reece (Steve) of Stockbridge, GA, Tina Adams of Pensacola, FL, Martha Maness of Pensacola, FL and Wesley Maness (Margie) of Hillsborough; and her siblings, Patricia Mock of Jerome, PA, Virginia Richie of Laguna Woods, CA, Linda Houp of Huntingdon, PA, Jim Lawson of Millcreek, PA, David Lawson of Arydel, DE and Richard Lawson of Monaca, PA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren.
