It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Allred (Robbins, North Carolina), who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Garner; and her brother Billy Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Allred and Ricky Brown (Chandra); her siblings, George Phillips (Sandy) and Rebecca Brooks (Dennis); and her grandchildren, M'Leigha, M'ya and Mariah. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
