He was predeceased by: his father Fred Eugene; his former wife Rosemary; and his siblings, Fred Jr., Elgin Kennedy, Lester Kennedy, Carl Kennedy, Hazel Kennedy, Faye Hackney-Lance and Hannah Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Beck; his daughters, Heidi Ann Baxter (Randy), Penny Lynn Kennedy and Mindy Jo Kennedy Rouse (Jimmy); his sister Mary Lifford; his grandchildren, Cindy Jordan, Tristian Rouse, Caleb Rouse, Casey Marks (Collin), Philip Baxter, Cara Rouse and Allee Jo Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Hussey, Carley Hussey, Graylan Snodgrass and Ellie Rouse.
