She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Douglas Kennedy; and her parents, William Edgar and Nerva Beane Cagle. She is survived by: her children, James Kennedy (Lisa) of Highfalls, N. C. and Mary K. Beasley (Terry) of Elgin; her brother William Edgar Cagle Jr. (Rachael); and her grandchildren, Melissa Adams, Stacie Garner, Heath Williams, Michael Beasley, Mandy Beasley, Colton Beasley, Christian Beasley, Amelia Beasley, Jackie Kennedy, Tara Kennedy and Katie Kennedy.
