He was predeceased by: his parents, A. V. Moore and Ossie Sanders Moore. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jimmy (Tammy), Phillip Moore (Michelle), Kenneth Moore and Phyllis Cagle (Kenneth); and his siblings, Wayne Moore and Mildred Tompkins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
