With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Carolyn Phillips (Robbins, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl H. Garner and Vila Spivey Garner. She is survived by: her significant other Charles Phillips; her son Alan; her daughter-in-law Susan; her granddaughters, Addison and Campbell; her sister Brenda Pickler (Craig); her niece Lindsay Greer (Chris); and her great-nephew Anderson.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to the FirstHealth Hospice Foundation at 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst.
