She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Davis and Nonnie Spivey Davis; her husband Eli Welch; and her son Jackie Welch. She is survived by: her children, Janice Wood (Chuck) of Robbins, James Ray Welch (Donna) of Franklinville, Judy Martin (Phillip) of Star, Linda Bean (James) of Robbins and Tonya Britt (Michael) of Robbins; her daughter-in-law Julie Welch of Coleridge; and her siblings, Betty Lucas (Claudine Greene) of Biscoe and Junior Davis (Betty) of Asheboro. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and one great-greatgrandchild.
