She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lethco; her children, Terry Rowell (Allene), Beth Murphy (Wade), Kim Craven and Leah Harris (Bruce); and her caregiver Amy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and many friends.
