He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James A. Lane and Velma Kelly Lane; his brother Larry Layne; his wife Sarah; his children, Tammy Smith and Tony Martin (Dawn); his grandchildren, Dustin Martin, Kasi Martin and Jon Smith; his great grandchildren, Ella of Victoria and Aiden; and his siblings, Margaret Willis, Wanda Lane Cagle, David Layne and Jennings Lane. He was also cherished by many nieces nephews and friends.
