He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stevens and Sallie "Fannie" Bowman; his son Hersey Ray Stevens, Jr.; and his brother Robert Stevens, Jr.. He is survived by: his grandson Joseph M. Lee; his wife Grace Dunlap Stevens; his stepdaughter Sherry Lynn Lee; his son Robert Shain Stevens; his stepdaughter Ann Mason; and his sisters, Josephine "Jo" Willard and Virginia Stevens Comer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.
