Though Gertrude Ellen may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Gwyn and Margie Marie Gwyn; her husband John Wesley Jordan; and her siblings, Virginia Goad (Barbara O'Neal), Roscoe Gwyn, William Gwyn and Marvin Gwyn.
She is survived by: her son John Jordan of Robbins; her grandchildren, Cindy Jordan, Tyler Jordan (Nicole), Trenton Jordan and MacKenzie; and her sister-in-law Adell Gwyn. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rock Hill Church (148 Rock Hill Church Rd, Eagle Springs, NC 27242).
