She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Clarence Garner, Sr.; her parents, James Aaron and Doris Elgie Hunsucker Russell; and her son-in-law David L. Barker. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Garner, Jr. (Debbie), Rosemary Barker and James (Tanya); her grandchildren, Jeremy Brewer, Jason Barker (Julie), Kyle W. Barker (Heather), Troie Barker, Aaron Tyler Garner (Alex), James Thomas Garner, Jr. (Nicki) and Ryan Neal Garner (Morgan); and her siblings, Jane Howell, Rayvon and Larry Russell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
