She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Williams and Callie Williams; her husband Clarence Hussey; her brothers, Carlton, Willie, Wilburt, Raymond of Worthy Curtis, Paul and Rodger; and her son Ronald Hussey.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hussey (Claire) of Carthage and Lisa Brown (Ken) of Asheboro; her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Williams of Robbins, Daisy Dunn of Star and Grady Hussey of Robbins; her grandchildren, Tess Farmer (Michael), Lindsay Hussey of Asheville, Jay Hussey of Morrisville, Patrick Brown (Victoria) of Durham and Laura Brown of Charlotte; and her great grandchildren, Tully Farmer, Quincy Farmer and Lucy Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
