He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Hall Sr.; his stepfather Donald Cates; his granddaughter Skylar Hall; and his brother Jacob Hall. He is survived by: his wife Beamon; his children, Cody Hall (Brooke), Alicia Hall, Ernest Williams and Sarah Frable; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jade, Joseph and Lorrie; his mother Debbie Cates; his brothers, Joe Hall (Simon) and Patrick Hall; and his grandmother Irene Clemons. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and many friends.
