He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Walter and Jacqueline Wallace Spivey; and his brother Andrew Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his daughter Alisha Galloway (Ethan); his grandson Stetson Tut Galloway; his sister Kim Hussey; and his father-in-law Albert Hartsell. He is also survived by his family as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather.
