He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Lennings Howard and Montie Lee Maness Howard; his wife Irene Cheek Howard; and his siblings, Lillian Cockman, Charles and Winford Howard.
He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Lynn Howard (Peggy) of Robbins and Jamie Lee Howard (Kristie) of Robbins; his sister Jackie Anderson of Norwood, NC; and his grandchildren, Calleigh and Jayce Howard. He is also survived by his family and friends and especially adored his grandchildren.
