He was predeceased by: his parent Estherlene Collins; his sister Judy Collins; and his daughters, Estherlene Marie Collins and Rebecca Collins. He is survived by: his children, James Wesley Collins, Bob Collins Jr., Rhonda Lynn Beck and Jessica Collins; his daughter-in-law Crystal Arrington; and his sister Betty Horner. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
