She was predeceased by: her husband Ted E. Comer; her sons, Jimmy and Dean Comer; her son-in-law Charles Garner; and her parents, Terrell "Dink" and Florence Williams Caviness.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Comer Garner of Bennett and Judy Comer Clendenin (Albert) of Robbins; her daughter-in-law Sheryl Comer of Robbins; her grandchildren, Chris Garner (Debbie) of Robbins, Teresa Dunn (Eric) of Star, Natalie Boles (Travis) of San Diego, CA, Morgan Evans (Matt) of Statesville, Worth Comer (Jenny) of Bennett, Caroline Lewis (Mark) of Mebane, Trey Clendenin (Whitney) of Bennett and Victoria Albright (Spence) of Woodbridge, VA; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Maness, Jacob Garner, Alyssa Dunn, Cierra McDonald, Makayla McDonald, Celeste Boles, Ellie, Wesley, Eliza Comer, Charlotte, Will, Annie Lewis, Jude, Lucas, Ivy Clendenin and Aubrey Albright.
