He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Ray White and Betty Jo Cook White; and his brother Joey White. He is survived by: his wife Shirley White; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Amy White of Tobaccoville; his daughter Christie White (Chris) of Ronda; his sister Mary Jo; his brother-in-law Larry Phipps of Roaring River; and his grandson Easton Townsend.
