He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Dobbins and Leonard Dobbins; his former wife Preceding; and his sister Marie. He is survived by: his spouse Fletis "Joretta" Brown; his children, Kelly [Eric] Register of Mableton, William [Deanna] of Harrisburg and Renee Dowell of Highlands; his grandchildren, Ashelyn, Louis, Kaylee and William Christopher; his nieces, Carla [Brian] Daves of Charlotte and Valerie Dees of Washington, DC; and his nephew Mitchel El-Mahdy of Palm Springs, California..
