She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Elwood Adams and Lelia Mae York Adams; her husband Bobby Gene Castevens; her siblings, Louella Davis and Berley Adams; and her son-in-law Alvin Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Dale Castevens (Vickie) of Linwood, Christopher Allen Castevens (Tammy) of Boonville, Jeffery Anthony Castevens and Kathy Byrd of Roaring River; and her sister Jonna Blevins of Hamptonville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
